Thanks to our upgraded production technology, we now manufacture this profile with 0.6 mm steel thickness – that's 20% more material than conventional options – delivering enhanced structural rigidity, superior long-term performance, and increased weather resistance.
📦 Packaging Options & Length Variants
Each standard bundle contains 4 profiles, wrapped securely in stretch film. The standard length per profile is 600 cm, resulting in 24 meters per bundle.
To optimize your logistics and installation processes, we also offer custom lengths:
- 450 cm → 18 meters per bundle → €32.40
- 500 cm → 20 meters per bundle → €36.00
- 550 cm → 22 meters per bundle → €39.60
- 600 cm → 24 meters per bundle → €43.20
- 650 cm → 26 meters per bundle → €46.80
- 700 cm → 28 meters per bundle → €50.40
All prices are based on the standard rate of €1.80 per meter, excluding VAT.

Our heavy-duty U58×56 FeZn Head Rail is the ideal backbone for a wide variety of outdoor blind systems—cassette, Z-profile, and sleek S-series styles. Extruded to a precise 58 × 56 × 0.6 mm U-profile and finished in hot-dip galvanization, it delivers superior resistance to rust, UV exposure, and daily wear. Whether you’re installing F60 or F80 cassette blinds, C80 drop-arm blinds, Z70/Z90 Z-profile slats, or the modern S90 system, this head rail ensures a perfect fit and rock-solid support.

* **F60 & F80 Cassette Systems:** Houses roller tube and fabric snugly for a clean façade
* **C80 Drop-Arm Blinds:** Supports tension arms and fabric weight with minimal deflection
* **Z-Profile (Z70 & Z90):** Guides profile slats smoothly for angled shading and privacy control

**Custom Length Options**
Standard length is 600 cm. To minimize offcuts and suit any project size, choose any length from **450 cm to 700 cm**, in **50 cm increments**, or request a bespoke cut within ±50 cm of these marks:

* Special cuts available in 1 cm steps between 400 cm and 750 cm (tolerance ±1 mm)
All lengths are priced per running metre. Bulk orders can be batch-labeled by length to streamline on-site installation.
