Our heavy-duty U52×57×0.5 FeZn Head Rail is the perfect upgrade for both older and modern blind systems—inside or out. Extruded to an exact 52 × 57 × 0.5 mm U-profile and hot-dip galvanized for outstanding corrosion and UV resistance, it delivers the strength and durability your project demands. Ideal for retrofitting legacy C50, F60, F80, or C80 systems, as well as new cassette installations, this head rail guarantees a snug, vibration-free fit.
**Applications**
* **Legacy Systems:** Direct replacement for C50, F60, F80, and C80 interior/exterior blinds
* **Cassette Blinds:** Houses roller tube and fabric for contemporary cassette profiles
* **Motor Compatibility:** Pre-drilled and reinforced for Somfy® or Geiger® tubular motors
**Custom Length Options**
* **Standard Length:** 600 cm, priced per running metre
* **Incremental Cuts:** 450 cm, 500 cm, 550 cm, 600 cm, 650 cm, 700 cm
* **Fine-Tune Service:** Any length between 400 cm and 750 cm in 1 cm steps (±1 mm tolerance)
Bulk orders can be batch-labeled by length to simplify installation and minimize waste.
